Synchronous motors, commonly known as servo motors or servo motors, are the most common drive technology devices in the industry. The synchronous motor is constructed of a rotor with permanent magnets and a stator, most often it is also equipped with an electromagnetic brake and a measuring system, such as a resolver, encoder or tachogenerator. Thanks to the feedback module, their high dynamics and precise work control are possible. Servo motors are commonly found in robots from manufacturers such as Kuka, Fanuc, ABB and Yaskawa.
