Standard delivery and collection of devices is possible by any courier company between 8 am and 4 pm. Delivery after 4 p.m. is possible by prior arrangement by phone. We accept and ship shipments from all over the world, including customs services. We accept and ship parcels up to 3500 kg. We have our own warehouse, maneuvering yard, forklift truck that allows for the collection or loading of shipments up to 3500 kg. We have our own transport up to 3500 kg, which allows us to shorten the time of delivery or collection of the device to a minimum.

The diagnosis is based on a free expert opinion provided for the repair of the device. The diagnosis made is the basis for the preparation of a price offer for the client. If the diagnosis does not show any damage, at the customer's request, we will perform maintenance consisting in the replacement of heavily worn elements. The time of free diagnosis and valuation of devices is from 3 to 5 working days. If the device cannot be repaired, the customer bears no costs and the device is returned.

After the diagnosis, we will prepare an offer for the repair of the device for you. Written acceptance of the offer automatically starts the repair procedure.

The repair process is carried out in several stages:

- professional cleaning of repaired elements

- replacement of defective components

- repair of damage

- testing the device

For our part, we make every effort to ensure that the repair lasts as short as possible.

After repair, the devices are carefully packed and secured for transport. Devices delivered in their original packaging are returned in them. Standard delivery of devices to the customer takes place by courier companies such as DPD, DHL, GLS. We ship worldwide, including customs services. We have our own transport up to 3500 kg, which allows us to shorten the delivery and guarantees that the device will be delivered on time and intact.
