Servo motor repair

PLE Service usually performs the following scope of work:

• testing servo motors
• maintenance: cleaning, drying, winding impregnation (insulation condition inspection)
• replacement of bearings in engines
• repair of shaft angle transducers (encoders, resolvers)
• positioning the position angle transducers relative to the shaft
• rewinding of PMSM, BLDC, DC motors
• repair of brush holders
• repair of magnetic brakes
• replacement of commutators in DC motors
• applying a new varnish coat
